Stunties!!!

Sorry, Brock, but I've gone and done it. I just made a purchase toward a Dwarf army. This is a monumental deviation from the norm, as this race had alwasy been one we had avoided due to what I will call "The Salb Factor." Well, I'm going to show that it was only the tactical ineptitude of the general that lead these hardy boys astray. I'm going to make an army that CRUSHES the likes of tree-hippies (Wood Elves) and manlings (Empire). I'm going to restore the honor of this proud race by settling as many grudges as possible!

Grudge 1: Beat the leaves off the ninny tree-hippies!

Yep, that's about all the grudges I have right now, but I'm sure more will arise as I develop some fluff for my army.

But here's the picture of what I got off of eBay. I'm hoping that the models are the old metal ones and not the new plastic ones. Either way, I figure it is about 60 dwarfs and 3 war machines. Not bad for $60!


I also found a pretty cool modelling kit that I purchased. I've always been a fan of making things different than they are supposed to be--converting if you will--and think that this will help me do just that. Plus, it comes with green stuff, so I can finally try my hand at that! I got it for $30.


So once the models get in, I will determine whether or not I can just paint over them, or if I will need to strip them first. Then I'll try to throw together an army list, and get modelling!
