My brother bought me a piece of art from a local graffiti artist a while back, and it has to be the most badass piece of art, ever. Therefore, I decided to make a tribute to the piece in my Eldar army. Maybe I'll attempt to carry the theme over to other parts of the army, too. We'll see...
